The Iowa Innovation Act

The Iowa Innovation Act will allocate funding to start up The Inventor’s Guild, and provide it with capital necessary to explore, test, and secure patents for Iowa’s inventors. A percentage of royalties from all patents will help feed The Iowa Public Credit Union in order to subsidize SondraCare™, and procure grants for future inventors.
