Wild Willpower PAC
The First Civil PAC
Ethical Campaign Financing is Here!
Following more than 15 years of development, Wild Willpower PAC (WWP) is finally here to stay, and here to serve. As the founder of WWP, I’m just going to speak firsthand to tell you why I founded this first-of-its-kind organization and how it works.
In 2025 WWP was re-organized from a federally-registered “Civil PAC” to instead an Iowa-based “campaign committee” the Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board calls an “Iowa PAC”. On the Fourth of July, however — the same day she founded the American Accreditation Registrar — , Sondra notified the Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board that this designation doesn’t fit, thereby requesting formal recognition as the first “Civil PAC” in Iowa.
Committee Chair: Lily Leyser
Treasurer and Founder: Sondra Wilson
Not your typical PAC
in 201 an “NPPO”, or non-party political organization, called Wild Willpower PAC (WWP), which does things differently than other PACs (political action committees). Since politicians and the courts decided to crack campaign financing in a way that essentially allows political bribery, WWP uses the same court rulings, such as Buckley v. Valeo and Citizens United, except in a way that isn’t based on bribery, and instead actually helps the people.
WWP funds The Peaceable Assembly™ (“PA”)
Just like a PA system, our PA amplifies the platform and candidates we believe in, the petitions we’re gathering signatures for, the lawsuits we’re building, and all the grassroots organizing in between. We’re not against the system: we’re fixing it from the inside out. The more people see what we’re up to, the more who join. As a 527 tax-exempt political organization, WWP can accept campaign contributions and offer sponsorship advertising to businesses who get behind and help drive this movement. We keep all our financials above the table to ensure you know exactly where your money is going.
WWP endorses candidates
Candidates must: (1) Align with our Prime Directive, (2) Uphold our Code of Ethics, and (3) Run on our platform. We provide them with a beautiful, professional web page and an online store to showcase their merch on www.WildWillpower.org, and help with passionate outreach, art, and training to help them learn the ropes. Unlike the parties, we keep tabs on our candidates to make sure they act with integrity: Iowans have seen where corrupt politics has gotten us and we’re sick of it. Time to write our own story.
WWP helps people live sustainably
10% of all campaign contributions that pass through WWP go toward our Discretionary Fund, which may be used to help a family purchase solar panels to reduce their energy bills, buy lumber to install raised beds, or other forms of direct giving.
The First Civil PAC in Iowa
“PAC” stands for “political action committee”. Wild Willpower PAC (“WWP”) is an Iowa-based tax-exempt organization registered with the IRS as a 527 tax exempt political organization, and with the Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board as a new type of PAC called a “Civil PAC”, for which we have formally requested recognition. Read the letter here. We are currently awaiting a response.
More Candidates to run with WWP in the future
WWP promotes candidates who align with our prime directive, uphold our Code of Ethics, and who run on our platform. If you are interested, let us know!
Candidates who run for office have separate committees called “Candidate Committees”. Although WWP is currently seeking additional candidates, Sondra is currently the only official Candidate running on WWP’s platform. Hopefully the first of many.
Formerly a Federal PAC
Political Platform
We the People can co-create a better political platform than business-as-usual candidates. Instead of waiting around to see what party candidates will present to us, we’re building a better platform we actually want, and which helps all people. Then we tell the candidates, “No — you run on our platform — not the other way around.
We are very blessed to live in the United States, and to have a form of government where we are able to petition and improve our government. Thank you Veterans!!!
It is not an “us v. them” thing — it is a “rising tide lifts all ships” thing. Our platform will help all people and the people of future generations. We’re changing the future for the good of all — that’s our goal and we can’t do it without you!
Although we had a national plan pinned to our website for years, in 2024 WWP switched from being a federal PAC, to instead being a state PAC. We are now in the process of upgrading and improving our state platform.
Got good ideas to help us improve the platform? Please email WildWillpowerPAC@gmail.com with PLATFORM written in the subject line.
Supporting Indigenous Teachers supports Intercultural Healing, and Restoring Honor in America
WWP would not be possible without the life’s work of Richard Lonewolf. After meeting his family in the Mojave Desert in spring 2003, Sondra spent years living and learning alongside him the history and traditional wilderness survival skills and ancient earth wisdoms of his people. Between 2010 and 2017 Sondra and Lonewolf wrote More Valuable Than Gold, which Wild Willpower PAC is currently accepting pre-orders for. Once we get enough pre-orders, we’ll be able to afford to get them off the printer. Please order your copy here:
Proceeds from More Valuable Than Gold will go toward sponsoring indigenous teachers and other wild living skills experts from around the world, so that Sondra Wilson can finish developing The Wild Living Skills App.
About the Wavy Lines
The wavy lines that twist through the words “Wild Willpower” represent the symbol of Aquarius. For example, you may have seen it on our business cards:
For funzies, here’s Age of Aquarius by The 5th Dimension:

While most PACs are formed by political parties, businesses, associations, or candidates, we are the first registered “Civil PAC” in the country – founded by and with the purpose of funding Citizens. Because our mission is to “help people live sustainably from coast to coast”, we seek to use campaign contributions to put our money into direct action: helping people purchase solar panels, gardening supplies, or other materials for purpose of “helping them live more sustainably”. Because money can be given “for First Amendment purposes” according to Buckley v. Valeo, instead of trying to overturn this ruling (in the manner that Citizen’s United is), we are instead using this important ruling to fund direct action efforts of U.S. Citizens who are working toward social justice or trying to live sustainably.
Excerpt from the Federal Elections Committee court ruling “Buckley v. Valeo“:
“A restriction on the amount of money a person or group can spend on political communication during a campaign necessarily reduces the quantity of expression by restricting the number of issues discussed, the depth of their exploration, and the size of the audience reached. This is because virtually every means of communicating ideas in today’s mass society requires the expenditure of money. The distribution of the humblest handbill or leaflet entails printing, paper, and circulation costs. Speeches and rallies generally necessitate hiring a hall and publicizing the event. The electorate’s increasing dependence on television, radio, and other mass media for news and information has made these expensive modes of communication indispensable instruments of effective political speech.” [1]
People often look at me funny when I tell them I founded a Political Action Committee (“PAC”) – most people avoid politics like the plague. If you want to skip ahead and read about the justice reforms I am proposing for the State of Iowa – and why I am calling for them, click here. Otherwise, below you can read “why I founded a PAC” and take a tour of everything our organization plans to do.
These PACs are not sponsored by or connected to any of the aforementioned entities, & are free to solicit contributions from the general public. [1] These PACs are financially independent, which means they must pay for their own administrative expenses using contributions they are able to raise. Although an organization may spend funds to establish or support a nonconnected PAC, these expenditures are considered contributions to the PAC & are subject to the dollar limits & other requirements of the Act.”
Wild Willpower PAC Plans to Register as a form of Hybrid PAC
Hybrid PAC – committee that intends to establish a separate bank account to deposit and withdraw funds raised in unlimited amounts from individuals, corporations, labor organizations and/or other political committees, consistent with the stipulated judgment in Carey v. FEC. The funds maintained in this separate account will not be used to make contributions, whether direct, in-kind or via coordinated communications, or coordinated expenditures, to federal candidates or committees. [3]
We Are Operating Explicitly “For Non-Commercial Purposes”
We are not “a commercially-centric organization” specifically because we do not wish to impose strict Admiralty Law as a result of the transmittance of any of the information we’re providing. This can be done because we are consistently working to help redesign our infrastructure in such a way that humanity will not remain absolutely dependent upon the economic system for the purpose of basic survival- Wild Willpower PAC has been mapping and plotting a course to get from “where we are now” to “where we can be” for several years.
