The Council consists of thirteen close and trusted friends who I have never seen show malice, deceit, dishonesty, or ill-will toward anyone. In the event of my death or incapacitation, all Rights, Powers, and Authority, including all Rights to Wild Willpower PAC (“WWP”), the Wild Living Skills App™, Gardens Across Iowa! App™, Gardens Across America! App™, Gardens Across Earth! App™, the Rights to my biography, and my Treasurer duties, shall be placed into a Living Trust managed by The Council.
Each Member of the Council will have one share in voting rights with regard to all decisions to be made on behalf of WWP, and will have the Authority to hire, fire, delegate, etc. on behalf of WWP. They shall work to ensure that everyone working with WWP steps outside the Code of Ethics or Prime Directive.

The Spirit of the Law Doctrine shall override the Letter, should conflict, dispute, need for direction, etc. arise.
