The necessity to reduce prices of meat & dairy over the years has led to an industry rife with animal abuse, to which the two following short videos show accurate & concisely.
The first video by Mercy For Animals shows drone footage of several factory farms & the devastating conditions animals are kept in within them, as well as ecological impacts they cause on the surrounding environment:

The second video is a 15 minute abridged version of the 2005 documentary Earthlings, which shows what goes on “behind the scenes” in the animal industry. 3 years after this documentary’s release, so-called Ag-Gag Laws were passed in several states in order to attempt to incriminate any documentation of animal abuse:
