Wild Willpower PAC brings political advocacy, voter education, candidate endorsement, grassroots participation, and a public Code of Ethics together under one civic framework.
Following more than fifteen years of development, Wild Willpower PAC is entering a new public-facing phase in Iowa.
It was founded to demonstrate that political organization does not have to revolve around wealthy insiders, party machinery, or transactional influence. Political resources can instead be used transparently to educate voters, develop serious public-policy proposals, organize citizens, and support candidates who publicly commit themselves to ethical service.
Wild Willpower PAC is not presently a recognized political party. It operates as an Iowa political action committee and intends to comply with the registration, reporting, attribution, and other requirements applicable to its current legal status.
Wild Willpower is also developing and advocating recognition of a proposed Civil PAC model, described below.

Not Your Typical PAC
Many political action committees are created to advance the interests of an established party, industry, association, ideological faction, or group of officeholders.
Wild Willpower PAC was created around a different idea:
Political support should be bound by a public Code of Ethics.
Our work is guided by the broader Wild Willpower framework:
- the Prime Directive;
- the Code of Ethics;
- the Wild Willpower Pledge;
- the Accountability Standard;
- and the We the People Platform.
Together, these commitments provide a public explanation of what Wild Willpower supports, what endorsed candidates are asked to stand for, and what the Wild Willpower seal represents.
What Wild Willpower PAC Does
Wild Willpower PAC may engage in lawful political and campaign-related activity including:
- evaluating and endorsing candidates;
- voter education;
- political communications;
- public-policy advocacy;
- development and promotion of the We the People Platform;
- lawful grassroots organizing;
- petitioning and civic education;
- support for approved political projects; and
- other activities permitted under applicable campaign-finance and tax law.
The PAC maintains separate records and financial reporting appropriate to its legal status.
Specific expenditures, contributions, services, sponsorship arrangements, and collaborations must be evaluated according to their actual purpose and the laws applicable at the time.
Ethical Candidate Endorsement
Wild Willpower PAC may endorse candidates who:
- meaningfully align with the Wild Willpower Prime Directive;
- publicly commit to the Wild Willpower Code of Ethics and Pledge;
- demonstrate substantial alignment with the principles upon which endorsement is sought; and
- accept that endorsement is a continuing public expression of trust.
Candidates do not have to agree with every detail of every proposal forever. The We the People Platform is intended to improve through research, experience, public participation, and good-faith debate.
But endorsement must mean something.
An endorsed candidate should demonstrate honesty, integrity, accountability, compassion, respect for human rights, responsible stewardship, and a genuine commitment to public service.
Endorsement does not make Wild Willpower PAC the candidate’s committee, confer ballot access, or give Wild Willpower legal control over the candidate.
Candidates remain responsible for their own:
- campaign committees;
- fundraising;
- financial reports;
- ballot qualification;
- communications;
- decisions; and
- conduct.
When serious concerns arise, endorsement may be reassessed under the Wild Willpower Accountability Standard.
Candidate Support and Political Advocacy
Wild Willpower PAC seeks to help ethical candidates communicate serious ideas to the public.
Depending on the activity and applicable legal requirements, this may include:
- voter-education materials;
- public candidate profiles;
- political artwork and communications;
- issue advocacy;
- campaign-related training and educational resources;
- lawful contributions or expenditures;
- public events;
- grassroots outreach; and
- promotion of endorsed candidates and policy proposals.
Any support must be properly classified, documented, and reported.
Wild Willpower PAC will not represent that a candidate has been endorsed unless endorsement has been expressly granted.
Likewise, authorization to display the Wild Willpower seal remains subject to the Pledge, Code of Ethics, and Accountability Standard.
The We the People Platform
Wild Willpower believes citizens should do more than wait for established parties to tell them which policies are politically possible.
The We the People Platform is an evolving civic framework shaped by:
- research;
- lived experience;
- public input;
- practical problem-solving;
- historical study; and
- good-faith debate.
It is intended to help citizens and candidates examine interconnected problems and develop reforms that serve the public rather than narrow political interests.
The platform is not presently a binding political-party program. It is a body of proposals that can be studied, challenged, strengthened, and advanced.
Our goal is not an “us versus them” politics.
It is a politics grounded in the understanding that:

Supporting Peaceable Civic Participation
Wild Willpower PAC recognizes that meaningful political participation involves more than elections.
Citizens also participate through:
- petitioning;
- public education;
- issue advocacy;
- lawful assembly;
- research;
- records review;
- community organizing; and
- public-policy development.
The Peaceable Assembly™ provides a civic framework through which people may participate in this work.
Wild Willpower PAC may support particular political, educational, or advocacy activities associated with The Peaceable Assembly when that support is permitted under the laws governing the PAC and the activity is properly approved, documented, and reported.
The relationship does not mean that every Peaceable Assembly project is financed by the PAC or legally classified as campaign activity.
Each project must be evaluated according to its actual purpose and circumstances.

The Proposed Civil PAC Model
Wild Willpower uses the term Civil PAC to describe a proposed model of political organization intended to combine:
- ethical candidate endorsement;
- voter education;
- transparent political advocacy;
- organized civic participation;
- public-policy development;
- and support for lawful, mission-related grassroots initiatives.
Wild Willpower PAC previously operated at the federal level and later reorganized around Iowa political activity. In 2025, Sondra Wilson submitted a request asking the Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board to consider formal recognition of the proposed Civil PAC concept.
The term Civil PAC describes the model Wild Willpower is advocating. It should not be understood to mean that Iowa has already established Civil PACs as a separate statutory or regulatory category.
Unless and until a different classification is formally recognized, Wild Willpower PAC operates under the legal classifications and requirements presently applicable to it.
The proposed model is based on a straightforward question:
Can political organization be structured not only to support candidates, but also to strengthen ethical civic participation, public education, petitioning, and responsible grassroots action?
Wild Willpower believes the answer should be yes.
Where existing law does not clearly accommodate a proposed activity, Wild Willpower may seek:
- administrative guidance;
- advisory clarification;
- legislative reform;
- or appropriate judicial relief concerning specific legal rights and obligations.
The goal is not to evade campaign-finance law.
It is to build a transparent model that serves the public while identifying where existing legal categories may need clarification or improvement.

Sustainable Living and Direct Public Benefit
Wild Willpower’s Prime Directive includes helping people live sustainably.
Earlier versions of the Civil PAC concept proposed using a designated portion of political contributions for direct household assistance, including gardening materials, renewable-energy equipment, and other sustainability needs. That concept remains part of Wild Willpower’s broader vision, but it should not be represented as an operating PAC program unless and until an appropriate lawful structure has been established.
A §527 political organization must be organized and operated primarily for political exempt-function activity.
For that reason, direct charitable assistance, mutual aid, household sustainability grants, medical assistance, or similar programs may require:
- a separate organizational structure;
- a different source of funds;
- written eligibility and conflict-of-interest rules;
- or additional legal and tax review.
Wild Willpower remains committed to developing lawful ways to advance sustainable living.
Honoring the Roots of Wild Willpower
Wild Willpower’s development was deeply influenced by Sondra Wilson’s years of learning and collaboration with Richard Lonewolf.
After meeting Lonewolf and his family in the Mojave Desert in 2003, Sondra spent years learning about history, traditional wilderness skills, survival knowledge, environmental responsibility, and the importance of preserving practical relationships with the natural world.
Between 2010 and 2017, Sondra Wilson and Richard Lonewolf developed More Valuable Than Gold, a project intended to preserve and share knowledge concerning sustainable living, history, wilderness skills, and responsibility to future generations.
That work helped shape Wild Willpower’s understanding that political freedom, human rights, education, land stewardship, and community resilience cannot be separated from one another.
Information about publications, Indigenous teaching initiatives, and the Wild Living Skills project should be presented through their own dedicated pages rather than treated as PAC programs unless a particular relationship has been formally established.
About the Wavy Lines
The blue wavy lines incorporated into the Wild Willpower PAC identity are inspired by the traditional symbol for Aquarius.
They represent:
- flowing knowledge;
- communication;
- renewal;
- collective action;
- and ideas moving through society without losing their independent paths.
The lines pass through the Wild Willpower name without crossing one another, reflecting cooperation without erasing individuality.
Together with the acorns, the imagery connects future-oriented civic change with strength, growth, patience, and long-term stewardship.

Wild Willpower PAC is building a different model of political participation—one grounded in ethics, civic education, public accountability, independent judgment, and serious policy development.
Ways to participate include:
- exploring the We the People Platform;
- proposing constructive policy ideas;
- sharing voter-education materials;

- encouraging ethical candidates to seek endorsement;

Political Support Bound by a Public Code of Ethics
Wild Willpower PAC does not promise perfect candidates or instant solutions.
It promises a better standard:
- openly stated principles;
- ethical commitments;
- transparent political advocacy;
- fair accountability;
- and public participation that continues beyond election day.
We are not trying to replace one political machine with another.
We are building a way for people to organize, participate, and support candidates without surrendering their values or independent judgment.
