Following seven different filings*, on July 9 Her Honorable Judge Gronewald, who donated to Republican candidates for years prior to being appointed by Kim Reynolds (Kim is a named tortfeasor involved in the lawsuit), finally recused herself from this case. Judge Michael Huppert has now been assigned. Here is the final filing, which is the document I believe convinced Judge Gronewald she needed to step down, and here is the excerpt I believe was the clincher:
